SB 530: Eliminates arbitrary reimbursement reductions of Public Act 21 2019 (auto no-fault “reform” law), replacing it with a reasonable and sustainable fee schedule that provides access to care for car crash victims in need of quality rehabilitation and long-term care. Also clarifies accreditation requirement and modifies personal caregiver reimbursement limitations.
