The Michigan Brain Injury Provider Council’s purpose is to enhance the ability of its members to provide high quality, ethical rehabilitation, health care, and related services to people with a brain injury.

Our diverse association includes organizations or individual professionals that provide direct products and services to people with brain injuries and/or their families, including but not limited to: hospitals, acute and post acute programs, case management agencies, outpatient clinics, community based therapy, home care agencies, private practitioners, legal representatives, advocates, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, home modification and transportation providers.

What We Offer

    • Timely and relevant updates, including Important industry news, legislative updates and advocacy needs, and legal issues and judicial decisions.

    • Monthly newsletters featuring highlights of opportunities and a review of recent events.

    • Monthly meetings of Board of Directors, open to all membership to attend, engage, and ask questions.

    • Learn Over Lunch: Held on the second Tuesday of every month. Sessions are in-person (Livonia and Grand Rapids) and virtual. Focus on clinical practices, CEU for CCM available.

    • Wednesday Webinars: Held on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Mix of clinical practices and operational excellence.

    • Annual Business Practices Boot Camp: All-day sessions led by attorneys from Sinas Dramis and Miller Tischler Law Firms.

    • Timely in-services as needed.

    • Member Mixers: Two in-person events per year (East Side and West Side). No Formal Agenda – networking opportunity with colleagues.

    • Annual Executive Luncheon: Annual meeting in Lansing with updates and opportunities for informal networking.

    • Event Sponsorship: Opportunities to market to attendees and be recognized in event marketing materials.

  • •MBIPC is the voice in Lansing for the post-acute continuum of care.

    Public and Private Advocacy: Public events (committee testimony), public relations and relationship building with legislators and governmental agencies.

    Beyond Auto No-Fault: Advancing issues for access to care (Medicaid, Commercial Health Coverage, etc.).
