Empowering our members to bring brighter futures to those with brain injuries.

What We Do

  • Resource Sharing and Information Exchange

MBIPC keeps our members in the loop through timely and relevant news updates, monthly newsletters, a dedicated Slack channel, and board of directors meetings where all are encouraged to attend and engage.

  • Professional Development and Education

MBIPC offers a wide array of developmental, educational and networking opportunities, including a monthly education series, an annual business best practices boot camp, member mixers and more.

  • Public Policy and Advocacy

MBIPC is THE voice in Lansing for the post-acute continuum of care, offering advocacy on issues including no-fault insurance, Medicaid, commercial health coverage, and more.

My favorite MBIPC event is definitely the member mixer. It is a place to network and idea share. But it really is a lot of fun. And you get to meet new faces that have the same goal, and that's to help brain injury survivors.”

Michele Gorski, Community Connections for Independent Living

“I find it important for professionals to keep up with continuing education in neuro rehab because our industry is ever changing. New research is always coming out on best practices for clinicians in the space and a wide variety of providers in the brain injury space. It is important for us to all come together in that effort, because we really are a very collaborative community.

Stephanie Anderson, PT, DPT, Rehab Without Walls

Michigan Brain Injury Provider Council supports all of the providers and the patients so that we can provide the best quality of care that that is possible and also maintain a presence in the industry … You can spend thousands and thousands of dollars navigating in the dark. Or you can work with an organization like the MBIPC where you can network with the people that are have been doing this for years.
